At ArtfulTea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium loose leaf tea and teaware. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened products and accessories within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unopened tea or unused teaware in its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our blending facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
